Founder’s Health Failing, Donations Down 90%. We Must Raise $10,000 by December 20th to Survive.

Kids at the sanctuary
Dear Friend,

I am writing to you today not only as the head of this foundation but as the individual fighting relentlessly and often alone to keep this critical, life-saving mission alive. After more than 20 years of commitment, the foundation is facing its most devastating crisis, threatening the lives of our residents.

We currently care for over 200 rescued animals, the majority of whom are cherished seniors. Crucially, despite the overwhelming financial pressure, I want to assure you that our animals are maintained in excellent condition, receiving the best possible food and specialized care. Maintaining this exceptionally high standard of veterinary and daily support is precisely what has brought our financial resources to zero.

The Personal and Financial Collapse is Real:

Our financial crisis is catastrophic: In 2025, donations dropped by almost 90%. This 20-year mission now rests entirely on my capacity to keep going.

To sustain the foundation and maintain this level of care, I have taken on the full financial burden through extensive external work. I run a dog daycare and two other projects outside the sanctuary, working exhausting shifts daily, often from 2:30 AM until 9:00 PM, simply to generate money. Despite this, it is simply not enough, and this relentless schedule is seriously compromising my health.

I must be completely transparent: I feel utterly alone and scared. We have been unable to cover staff salaries and critical winter costs because veterinary expenses have been astronomical, and operational costs swell in the cold season. When we send desperate pleas for support, emails often go unopened, feels terrifyingly personal, like we don’t even exist. If this pattern continues, we are seriously considering dissolving our legal charity, including our U.S. 501(c)(3) status.

We urgently need to raise $10,000 USD before December 20th to cover overdue salaries and urgent winter necessities.
Your Donation is an Immediate Act of Rescue and Support.

We urge you to act now. Your donation is a direct lifeline that ensures:

  • Exceptional Care Continues: Your funds guarantee that our 200 senior residents receive the specialized medical attention and comfort they need throughout the winter. This is the core help you are supporting life, dignity, and excellent care.
  • Tax-Deductible Value: As a registered 501(c)(3) organization in the U.S., your contribution is 100% tax-deductible, offering a clear benefit in exchange for your support.
  • The Mission Endures: You protect the health and dedication of the staff, and help sustain the 20-year commitment that has demanded extraordinary personal sacrifice.

With profound gratitude and hope,
